Recalculating Your SphereIndex Score

Recalculating your SphereIndex score will show you how your score has changed and provide updated recommendations due to your recommendation actions through SphereBuilder, like sharing content, running paid ads, filling out your social profiles, and more! 

To recalculate your score, go to the SphereIndex tab on the left-hand menu and click Recalculate.  It's that easy!

Q:  How long will it take for my score to change?

• You will need to recalculate your score to see it change. Some changes will immediately be reflected in your score, like adding a website link to your Facebook profile.  Other changes, like increasing your posting to social media, can take a couple of weeks to affect your score.

Q:  How often can I recalculate my score?

• You can recalculate your score every 24 hours! The best practice is to recalculate your score weekly or every other week.
